We have structured a purpose-driven vehicle designed to generate strong, risk-adjusted returns through premium commercial real estate, while simultaneously funding critical, life-sustaining infrastructure in developing regions.
This is more than capital allocation; it is a commitment to sustainable wealth creation and ethical responsibility.

Safeer BASHIR - Sadaquah Founder

A Kashmiri native with a 300-year family legacy in ethical commerce, Safeer Bashir serves as the 11th generation of a lineage dedicated to the intersection of business and social service.
After his IT graduate from Kingston University, Safeer played a key role in launching the global roaming exchange at Cybase, which was later acquired by SAP in 2010.
Safeer integrates this multi-generational philosophy into the modern real estate sector. Safeer approach to the Fund is rooted in the belief that capital remains most effective when it serves a dual purpose: achieving robust financial performance while actively addressing systemic needs, such as housing and clean water access.
