As the FCA requires, both Directors take part in every acquisition, financing and disposal decision, advised by the non-executive directors and the firm’s professional advisers.
Andre and Bernard met in 2016 and founded Piccadilly & Co Ltd in 2019. Tim was Andre’s line manager in Knight Frank Capital Markets from 2005 and later managed the sales of Riverside House, 100 New Bridge Street and Edmund Street to Alduwaliya, where Andre was Director of Investment. Tim joined Piccadilly & Co in 2026.
