Piccadilly & Co entered into partnership with Yas Real Estate to set up a real estate fund

In November 2023 Yas Real Estate, founded by Abdul Rahman Al Jaberi, proposed Piccadilly & Co to set up a fund for Middle Eastern investors to acquire re-priced real estate assets accross the UK. Terms of business are agreed and Yas will be responsible to raise equity and Piccadilly & Co will manage all fund operations and investment strategy.

Piccadilly & Co initiated the legal and tax structuring to decide the most appropriate corporate structure for this fund with a UK based investment strategy and targeting Middle Eastern capital.
