Piccadilly & Co has direct access to off market opportunities from distressed UK funds ahead of the UK elections and Brexit. In the current market access to opportunities is key as actually a record amount of capital is seeking to invest in the UK. It is forecasted that £60 billion of new capital is set to be allocated to London real estate and only a lack of supply is holding back investors.
The UK is the second largest investment market in the world, and has accounted for over 12 percent of global investment volumes since 2007. London alone accounts for close to 6 percent of global investment volumes.
